
Classes
I teach Hatha and Yin yoga.
Hatha is an umbrella term for a general, medium-paced class. I include posture work with emphasis on the breath, a final relaxation, and some meditation. The postures are easily adapted to suit any level of student.
Yin yoga focuses on the lower part of the body. We hold the positions for 3-5 minutes to reach the deep tissue muscles.
